Carmen Arace Middle School

7th graders were treated to a bus tour of several historical sites in town during their social studies classes in November. The Wintonbury Historical Society sponsored the trip and also acted as docents. Students were able to see the Gillette House, Bissell House, Old Farm School, and disembarked to tour the Filley House. This experience served as the real world application for the Bloomfield history project students completed in Mr. Taylor's and Ms. Calabro's classes.
